Can I install and use it in pi zero. Is 512 ram sufficient to run it.

I have no feedback running KeexyBox on Pi-Zero, but 512 GB of RAM should be enough to run it.
Mine is currently using 431MB for 10 connected users/devices and a Blacklist containing 2 million domains.
