| Updating to the most recent release (20.10.2) fixed my TOR connection issues. I believe it may have been related to fixed issue #11: https://github.com/keexybox/keexyapp/issues/11

According to the documentation, when unchecking "the box Use defined DNS as redirectors" on the Miscellaneous settings, the settings used in DNS 1 & 2 are ignored... |
